Q: Where do you ship from?
A
: We ship from United States as well as China.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes we do.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship to all countries, with the exception of North Korea.

Q: What packaging do you use?
A: We use plain, discreet packaging, with no reference to research chemicals or ChemLocale.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Bank Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram. Also Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) & Litecoin (LTC). We also accept other cryptocurrencies just contact the sale department for other crypto payment methods not mentioned.

Q: Where do I find the address to send payment to?
A: You shall automatically get an email containing our different cryptocurrency addresses if you choose to make your payment via cryptocurrency.

Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: No, the minimum purchase is listed on the website. All sample vultures will be ignored. The minimum Purchase amount is $300.

Q: Can you add a sample of another product to my order?
A: No, we struggle enough with getting orders out in a timely manner. So, adding samples will only slow things down.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Your order will generally be shipped within 2 business days of us receiving payment.

Q: What if my order does not arrive?
A: Your order will be reshipped.

Q: Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
A: If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box. Some emails could end up in spam.

Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: Tracking Numbers will be emailed to you after your package has been handed over for shipping.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: A link to track your order will be emailed to you along side your tracking number.

Q: Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
A: Tracking numbers usually take 2-4 business days to be activated. If it still doesn’t work after 5 business days then please email us.

Q: Why has my order not been marked as paid?
A: If you haven’t received a payment confirmation email within 12 hours of ordering and paying then we have not received your payment. This could be due to paying insufficient transaction fees which means your payment takes longer to confirm. If this happens to you please email us with the transaction ID.

Q: Why didn’t you respond to my email?
A: If your question is answered in this FAQ then you’re unlikely to get a response. Please read our FAQs thoroughly.

Q: What is the size of your packages?
A: Orders are generally shipped in small envelopes. While others are shipped in large A4 sized envelopes.
